资深建筑设计师 Senior Architectural Designer

1 准确理解项目及业主任务需求及要点，进行方案构思，制定设计指导方向。
Design schemes and make design guidelines based on the accurate understanding of project and owner’s task requirements and key ideas.
2 组织带领设计团队进行建筑方案创作细化及优化，指导完成项目的总图、立面等设计与绘图，按时确保项目图纸深度达到要求、设计成果符合行业和部门内部质量管理体系及国内设计规范，辅助董事和副董事实施项目设计检查与监控。
Organising and leading the design team to refine and optimise the design scheme, directing the design and drafting of the general drawings and elevation drawings of the project, ensuring that the depth of the project drawings meet the requirements and that the design results comply with the quality management system and domestic design codes the industry and the internal department on time, assisting the Director and Associate Director to carry out inspection of the design project.
3 准确的将设计意图表达汇报给甲方，并独立完成与甲方的沟通、协调、汇报及反馈工作。
To be able to accurately express the design intention and report to the client, and to independently complete the communication, coordination, reporting and feedback with the client.
4 确保代理商对质量问题、潜在问题以及制造问题负责，直至这些问题得到彻底解决。
Hold agents accountable to deliver quality work by following through on all potential problems, quality issues, and fabrication problems until they are completely resolved.
5 把控项目的方案、扩初等各阶段的总体效果，以及施工图审核配合等全工程的设计服务。
Control the overall effect of each stage of the project, such as scheme design and expanding design; be responsible to design services of the whole project such as construction drawing review and cooperation.
6 负责项目进度把控、人员分工安排，系统化整理和管理项目资料和数据。
Regularly providing status updates of project progress and staff division; be responsible for the systematic management of project documents and data.
7 在项目全过程中提供设计和技术支持，并能及时解决设计过程中出现的各种问题。
Provide design and technical support throughout the project process and be able to solve various problems that arise during the design process in a timely manner.
8 审核重要设计变更，对变更的可行性及对成本的影响进行评估。
Review major design changes and assess the feasibility and cost impact of changes.
9 负责与本地设计院及外部第三方的良好沟通和协调，组织配合后续设计阶段的工作，把控方案效果，保证项目最终品质。负责项目总结与交流。定期向董事和副董事积极汇报工作进度和情况。展示一种高度有条理且系统化的方法来开展项目。
Responsible for good communication with local design institutes and third parties, organising and cooperating with the subsequent design works, controlling the effect of the scheme and ensuring the final quality of the project. Responsible for summary and communication of projects. Actively report work progress and status to the Director and Associate Director on a regular basis. Demonstrate a highly organized and systematic approach to producing a project.
10 负责培训指导助理建筑师，提升其专业设计能力。
Responsible for training and mentoring assistant architects to enhance their professional design skills.
11 完成董事和副董事安排的其他工作。
To perform other duties as assigned by the Directors and Associate Directors.
任职要求Job requirements:
1 建筑学专业本科及以上学历，专业知识和创作能力优秀；
Bachelor degree or above in architecture, excellent professional knowledge and creative ability;
2 8年以上商业&公建项目经验，有知名建筑事务所或知名大型设计院工作经验者优先；
More than 8 years of experience in commercial & public construction projects; working experience in well-known architectural firms or well-known large design institutes is preferred;
3 有较强的方案设计能力和方案表达能力，熟悉建筑规范，有独立完成设计项目的经验，一级注册建筑师优先；
Strong program design ability and expression ability, familiar with building codes and experience in independently completing design projects; ***-level registered architect is preferred;
4 热爱建筑行业，责任心强，有良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力；
Passion in the industry, strong sense of responsibility, good team spirit and communication and coordination skills;
5 精通各设计绘图软件和办公软件。
Proficient in design drawing software and office software.
