主要工作职责/范围（Key assignments/Competencies）
1，独立制作设计产品零部件即组装件的3D和2D图纸
Independently produce 3D and 2D drawings of designed product components and assembly.
2，协助零件的测试和验证、并分析不良及提供改良方案
Assist in testing/validate of components, analyse defects, and provide improvement solutions.
3，主导产品的样品制作、测试和确认以及技术文件的准备
Take the lead in prototyping, testing, and validation of products, as well as preparation of technical documents.
4，负责新项目成功导入量产,并对生产中出现的问题提供技术支持
Responsible for the successful introduction of new projects into mass production and provide technical support for production problems.
5，同供应商一起解决设计的制造可实现性的问题
Work with suppliers to resolve design’s manufacturing realizability issues.
6，评估指定的设计(如来自客户或第三方)是否可行并寻找替代或更优化的方案
Evaluate the feasibility of a given design and find alternative and better solutions.
2.任职条件（Minimum qualification for this job）
1，学历：机械工程类本科以上
Education: Mechanical Engineering bachelor’s degree or above
2，工作经历：三年以上产品开发结构设计工作经验,并有独立完成整个产品的零部件结构设计的经验。
Work experience: more than three years of product development and structural design work experience，
and has experience in independently completing the structural design of components for the entire product.
3，英语要求：较强的口语及书写
English requirements: strong oral and written
4，计算机水平：熟练使用 OFFICE及CATIA
Computer skills: proficiency in OFFICE and CATIA
5，其他要求：掌握基本的塑胶成型和模具加工工艺；一定的组织与协调能力
Other requirements: master the basic plastic tooling and injection molding processing technology，certain organization and coordination skills.
