职位描述
You are responsible for full project management (Integration / Scope / Time / Cost / Quality / Human Resource / Communication / Risk / Procurement) of non-standard AIF equipment and in accordance with the requirements of all stakeholders, from *** receipt of an order till the project closure.

1. Allocate assigned projects from global customer centers.
分配来自全球客户中心的项目。
2. Take responsibilities for customer's order.
对客户的订单负责。
3. Provides for / coordinates the processing of the project in IC3, BPCS / POLS and dispatch.
提供/协调项目在IC3,BPCS / POLS等各种管理系统的处理。
4. Supports EngineeredSolution / Customer centers where necessary.
必要时支持ES/客户中心。
5. Develops an understanding of customer applications of compressors and dryers.
了解客户对压缩机和干燥机的应用。
6. Handle change request (VTO) from customer center or end customer in correct way, including evaluate the impact to cost and delivery date.
处理来自客户中心或最终客户的变更请求,包括评估对成本和交付日期的影响。
7.Has an eye for the safety and quality of the products.
跟踪对产品的安全和质量符合客户需求。
8.Initiates / plans / executes / monitors & controls / closes project processes.

9.Consults with EngineeredSolution / Customer centers to carry out the work and determine the most efficient approach to execute the order.

10.Maintain good relationships with EngineeredSolution / Customer centers.
与ES部门/客户中心保持良好的关系。
11. Internally you work together with production methods, procurement, testing, marketing.
在内部,会和生产工艺、采购、测试、营销部门一起工作。

Experience Requirements经验要求
1.Above 2-3 years working experience.
至少2年以上工作经验。
2.Wide knowledge of Oil-Free Air products is a plus..
有压缩机相关知识或工作经验者优先。
Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求
1.Bachelor or Master degree of Industrial Sciences (Industrial Engineering)
工程类专业本科或硕士学历。
2.Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English.
普通话为母语,具备良好的英语口语和写作能力。
3.Knowledge of project management professional.
具有项目管理专业知识。
4.Smooth with IT tools such as Microsoft office etc.
熟悉办公软件和IT工具。
