生产经理

工作地点：河北廊坊开发区

岗位职责：

1.Develop production model so that it continuously deliver strong performance (cost, quality, capacity, people) and systematically build capability (leadership,
processes, values, sustainability) and resources in order to sustain, and
meanwhile improve performance over time

优化生产模式，保证生产持续呈现优良的表现（包括成本、质量、能力、人员等方面），并系统地建立能力（领导力、流程、价值观、可持续性）和资源以维持并改善性能。

2.Oversee employees, production and efficiency to make sure the plant is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely

监督员工、日常生产及生产效率以确保工厂顺利、快速、有效和安全地运行

3. Maintain optimum operation by assigning workers, creating and keeping work and production schedules, hiring and training new employees, collecting and looking thorough data to find places of waste or improvement, keep an eye on worker safety and plant safety

通过分配工人，建立和维护工作和生产计划，培训新员工，收集并研究全面数据以找到浪费点并提出改进方案，保持工人的安全和工厂的安全从而维护最佳的生产状态。

4. Monitor the production equipment to make sure that it stays in good working order, repair or replace them when needed

监控生产设备，确保其保持良好的工作状态，必要时进行维修或更换

5.Implements lean manufacturing techniques to effect positive efficiencies and
cost savings

具备优良的机器生产技术以实现高效的工作并做到成本的节约

6. Review and analyse production, quality, maintenance and other operational reports to determine the causes of products that do not meet product specifications for output, operational or production non-compliance

审查和分析生产、质量、维修和其他操作报告，以确定产出不符合产品规格的产品原因、操作或生产不合规的原因

7. To plan and organize the material, people, process and facility across shifts to meet it’s commitments to customers

计划和组织材料、人员、工艺和设施的跨班工作，以实现其对客户的生产交付

8. Other duties as assigned

任职资格：

1.Profession/Major/Education: Bachelor’s degree or above

automation, mechanical engineering, machinery, automotive design engineering

本科及以上学历

自动化、机械工程、机械、汽车设计工程等专业

2. 基本的英语读写能力


3. Over 10 years automotive manufacturing experience

十年以上汽车制造行业经验

4.Familiar and experienced with automotive requirement, especially familiar with customer such as VW, Daimler, BMW’s requirement

熟悉汽车行业需求，熟悉大众、戴姆勒、宝马等客户的需求者优先

5.Has at least over 6 years managing plant experience of automotive plastic interior parts

至少有6年以上汽车塑料内饰件工厂管理经验

6.continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment strongly desired (Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)

具有生产制造环境的持续优化经验（六西格玛管理和持续改善等经验）

7.leadership skills to motivate employees under him

具有激励下属员工的领导能力

8.problem solving skill by quickly ascertaining a situation and be decisive in
identifying the causes and estimating potential risks and solving it in most
effective way

有解决问题的能力，能够迅速查明情况，果断地找出原因，估计潜在的风险并以最有效的方式解决它

9.good managing MS office related software

熟练使用Microsoft office等相关办公室软件

10.Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines within specified time constraints in a
