该岗位为短期 12个月 (LDC项目)
Key Responsibilities
1. Support business Manage and account full lifecycle of fixed assets: additions, capitalization, transfers, capitalizations, impairments, disposals and retirements
2. Asset accounting like Calculate monthly depreciation, run depreciation postings, and maintain fixed asset sub-ledger & reconciliation to GL
3. Coordinate business to Perform fixed asset physical counts, investigate variances, and update asset records & tags
4. Monthly Review construction-in-progress (CIP) status with business and support management monitor the status on tract
5. Support FA and Lease accounting internal and external audit support documents
6. Review lease contracts to determine proper lease classification & accounting treatment, monthly review status and quarterly prepare summary information to management review
7. Post monthly manual lease journals, reconcile lease accounts, and handle modifications/renewals/terminations
Month-End Close & Compliance
1. Complete fixed asset and lease close tasks within deadline
2. Prepare account reconciliations and process improvement notes
3. Ensure SOX / internal control compliance and support internal & external audits
4. Meticulous, deadline-driven, strong communication and cross-team collaboration
5. Ad-hoc assignments as required
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
1. Act as the main accounting contact for business users and operational teams on fixed asset and lease matters.
2. Liaise with BPA, REFS, IT, and Engineering team etc. to verify asset and lease-related information.
3. Collaborate with FC&C, tax, BPA and other supporting function to support compliance, system updates and month-end/year-end close.
Skill and experience
Financial accounting work and relevant SAP ERP system experience over 7 years in Multinational corporations, Preferred with experience in asset accounting and general ledger reporting. Proficient in Excel, PPT, Thinkcell, etc. office software, good in English communication both on Oral and written
