这个角色作为有扎实 SAP WM 模块经验的库房管理专家，负责制药工厂仓储运营管理，确保物料在 GMP 环境下的合规、安全、高效流转。该岗位对 SAP 系统理解深度和流程逻辑要求较高，并需具备良好的英文读写能力，以支持跨部门及跨区域沟通。
This role works as warehouse expert with strong hands‑on experience in SAP WM to manage warehouse operations in a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role requires a solid understanding of SAP WM logic, warehouse processes, and the ability to work in English for documentation and cross‑functional communication.
Main responsibility
Ø 作为仓库 SAP WM 模块关键用户（Key User），深度参与并支持：
• 库存管理与仓位管理
• ASRS 与 WM 的集成逻辑
• Transfer Order、Goods Movement 等核心流程
• Act as SAP WM Key User, with strong understanding of
• Warehouse system structure and bin management
• ASRS–WM integration logic
• Core WM processes such as transfer orders and goods movements process

Ø 作为业务代表（Key User），参与新自动化仓库（ASRS/自动化立体库）的方案设计与实施。从用户视角定义仓储业务需求、操作流程及系统使用场景，并完成用户侧相关交付物。
Act as a business key user in the design and implementation of the new automated warehouse (e.g. ASRS). Define warehouse business requirements, operational scenarios, and user‑side deliverables from an end‑user perspective

深度参与项目阶段性评审（设计、测试、上线），确保业务需求被正确实现。与项目团队紧密协作，推动新自动化仓库项目按既定里程碑和计划顺利交付
Participate in key project phases including design review, testing, and go‑live readiness to ensure business requirements are properly implemented. Work closely with project teams to ensure the automated warehouse project is delivered on time and in line with agreed milestones

Ø 负责 SAP 向 EWM 演进相关项目
• 在 SAP EWM 架构下设计和优化仓库管理流程，包括收货、上架、拣配、发运、盘点及异常处理
• 结合 GMP 要求和现场实际，定义标准化、可落地的 EWM 仓储流程
• 作为业务负责人，领导仓库团队完成从 SAP WM 向 SAP EWM 的转型
• 组织并支持用户培训、流程宣贯及上线后的稳定运行
Responsible for SAP WM to EWM transitions
• Design and optimize warehouse management processes under SAP EWM, covering inbound, put‑away, picking, shipping, cycle counting, and exception handling
• Define standardized and practical EWM warehouse processes aligned with GMP requirements and site operations
• Lead the warehouse team through the transition from SAP WM to SAP EWM as the business owner
• Support user training, process communication, and post go‑live stabilization

Ø 至少3~5年制药、生物制品或医疗健康行业仓库 / 物流相关经验, 特别是在SAP, 自动化仓库实验室相关系统等
At least 3~5 years’ working experience in warehouse or logistics operations within pharmaceutical / life‑science industry, especially experience in SAP, ASRS or MES system, etc...
Ø 优先曾担任 SAP WM Key User 或参与 SAP 实施/优化项目
Prefer experience as SAP WM Key User or involvement in SAP implementation / optimization projects
Ø 熟悉批次管理、状态管理、隔离库存、盘点等 GMP 关键控制点
Strong understanding of batch management, stock status, quarantine handling, and cycle counting
Ø 能读写英文，口语能力优秀者优先。
Read & write in English and would be better if good at speaking in English
