l As a core MU representative in LDC implementation, act as the key interface between Manufacturing Unit and global LDC team.
作为 LDC 实施中的制造单元（MU）核心代表，作为 MU 与全球 LDC 团队之间的关键接口。
l Coordinate MU internal resources to support requirement clarification, process walkthrough, testing, training and go-live readiness.
协调 MU 内部资源，支持需求澄清、流程梳理、测试、培训及上线准备。
l Participate and lead MU involvement in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparation, execution and result confirmation.
参与并主导 MU 的用户验收测试（UAT），包括测试准备、执行及结果确认。
l Ensure MU-related SOPs and work instructions impacted by LDC are reviewed and updated in a controlled manner.
确保因 LDC 实施而受影响的 MU 相关 SOP 和作业指导书得到受控评审与更新。
l Support LDC go-live and hypercare period to ensure stable manufacturing operations.
支持 LDC 上线及 Hypercare 阶段，确保制造运营稳定。
l Participate in internal and external meetings, workshops and coordination sessions related to LDC implementation.
参与与 LDC 实施相关的内外部会议、研讨会及协调活动。

l 3-5年工作经验
l Solid understanding of manufacturing operations in a GMP-regulated environment.
熟悉 GMP 管理体系下的制造运营。
l Experience in cross-functional projects involving Manufacturing, QA, SCM and IT is preferred.
具备制造、质量、供应链和 IT 跨职能项目经验者优先。
l Strong communication and coordination skills in a matrix and international environment.
具备在矩阵式和国际化环境中的良好沟通与协调能力。
l Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload under project timelines.
具备在项目时间要求下并行处理多项任务和设置优先级的能力。
l Fluent in spoken and written Chinese; working English capability required.
中文听说读写流利，具备工作英语能力。
l Learning agility and strong ownership mindset from MU perspective.
具备快速学习能力及以 MU 视角为导向的主人翁意识。

薪资福利

1. 月基本工资范围：17K-22K
