职位描述
* I identify the quality risks and manage solutions findings.
* I make my suppliers autonomous on Quality/Sustainable development/Process management.
* I continuously improve my suppliers’ management level; lead and support suppliers to operational excellence .
MY KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supplier Quality Management
* I monitor the quality performance and detect quality risks in my business scope.
* I analyze and evaluate the risks in my supplier. I implement appropriate actions accordingly.
* I solve the problems detected through quality related methodology.
* I co-build and carry out quality control plan with my suppliers, I improve supplier’s stability and autonomy in quality system
* I drive Quality Assessment in my supplier panel and promote self-assessments.
Supplier Indus Management
* I implement and maintain the Decathlon product specification in my supplier and evaluate the process based on Decathlon production requirement.
* I co-work with Product Engineers, Production teams and Manufacturing suppliers to optimize production solutions and ensure the sustainable increase of productivity with the stable quality of products.
* I build and manage the Production control Plan of my perimeter (process/ product/supplier).
Supplier Sustainable Development Management
Supplier Project Management
* Specific Project : OPEX, Advance manufacture, Digitalization and etc
* I drive my suppliers toward sustainable performance excellence.
