Client services specialist 客服技术支持（有夜班，需要英文沟通）

Job Scope 工作范围
1. Assist Support Manager to complete the assigned works

协助支持经理，完成分配的工作。

2.Providing remote support services.

为客户提供远程支持服务。

3.Deal with hotel supplier information products.

处理酒店供应商信息产品。

4. Responsible for data collection and import.

负责数据的收集与导入工作。

5.User creation

用户的创建。

6. Maintain the daily operation of the system.

维护系统的日常运行。

7.Respond to customer’s issues in time, according to the company’s request.

按照公司要求，及时回复客户的问题。



Job Requirement 工作要求

1. Fluent in English communication (listening, speaking, reading and writing),

流利的英文沟通能力（听说读写），会日语/韩语优先考虑。

2. Flexible thinking and efficient execution and coordination.

灵活的思考能力和高效的执行协调能力。

3. Proficient in Office software (power point, excel, word, etc)

熟练使用office 办公软件。

4. Good adaptability to emergencies

良好的应变能力。

5. Strong teamwork ability

较强的团队合作精神。
