- 外贸采购 Sourcing Specialist
1. 1-3 years experience in sourcing, order management and follow up, which inculde below works:
1-3年采购、订单管理和跟进经验，包括以下工作：
1) Work with suppliers to collect and finalize new designs for development;
与供应商合作，收集并最终确定新的设计以供开发;
2) Find the right suppliers for different projects and negotiate with them for the prices & payment terms, and communicate with suppliers for order details, quality requirements, and shipping requirements;
为不同的项目找到合适的供应商，与他们协商价格和付款条件，并与供应商沟通订单细节、质量要求和运输要求；
3) Travel and arrange factory audit to check if the suppliers are qualified for the related projects;
出差并安排工厂审核，检查供应商是否符合相关项目的资格；
4) Travel and arrange IQC & FQC of the orders to make sure all goods are qualified before shipment, and complete the QC reports & SCAP accordingly;
出差并安排订单的IQC和FQC，以确保所有货物在装运前都合格，并相应地完成QC报告和SCAP;
5) Follow up the shipping documents: booking form, commercial invoice, packing list, BL etc.
跟进货运单据：订舱单、商业发票、装箱单、提单等.

2. Fluent English both on Oral and Writing
流利的英语，口语及书写；
3. Experience in purchasing or following up on clothing, bags, and textile products is preferred。
有服装 类 包类 及纺织品类采购或跟单经验者优先。
4. Good team player and be able to work under high pressure
团队合作，抗压性强；
5. Well-organized person and able to work independently; you will report to and assisting operation manager as a beginning, and eventually will handle project independently.
有条理，独立完成工作；协助运营经理汇报，并最终能独立完成项目。
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; has the ability to deal with various people

7. Motivated, responsible, willing to take more workload and responsibilities upon occasions
