感官品评负责人

Job Duties工作职责:
1. Undertake various quantitative sensory project requirements, train the sensory panel and formulate the panel training and test plan (including sample preparation arrangement, questionnaire writing, curriculum design, etc.) as required, and be responsible for relevant communication and connection, result statistics and report output.
承接各类定量感官项目需求，根据要求培训感官品评小组并制定小组培训及测试计划（包括备样安排、问卷撰写、课程设计等），并负责相关沟通衔接、结果统计及报告输出。
2. Be responsible for communication with all parties of projects related to the outsourced sensory panel, formulation of project plan and quotation, technical consultation, human resource operation and maintenance management, etc., and regularly report the relevant progress and results to the person in charge.
负责外包感官品评小组类项目的各方沟通、项目方案报价制定、技术咨询及人力运维管理等相关工作，定期向负责人汇报相关进展及结果。
3. Formulate SOPs for relevant projects or test methods.
输出相关项目或测试方法的SOP。
4. Manage the attendance and salaries of the external and outsourced sensory panels.
管理外部及外包感官品评小组的出勤和工资。
5. Assist the sensory project team and the laboratory in various related work, including but not limited to consumer database management, assistance in the implementation of various tests and customized requirements, etc.
协助感官项目组及实验室各类相关工作，包括但不限于消费者库管理、各类测试及定制化需求的执行协助等。
