工业机器人调试工程师

1. 机器人示教、配置、编程、调试等； Robot teaching, configuration, programming, debugging, etc

2. 与机械工程师及电气工程师交流，确认非标设备的机器人调试要求，保证联动调试完整； Communicate with mechanical engineer and electrical engineer to confirm the robot debugging requirements of non standard equipment to ensure the linkage debugging is complete

3. 解决自动化项目运作过程中机器人的技术问题； Solve the technical problem of robot in the automation project

4、排查生产调试过程中机器人故障及现场操作培训； Troubleshooting robot failure during production and commissioning and on-site operation training

5、机器人周边电缆、安全设备的连接及信号分配设置； Connection and signal distribution Settings of peripheral cables and safety equipment of the robot

6、熟悉机器人IO接口原理，会至少2种以上网络通讯配置，Profinet、DeviceNet、CC-Link、Profibus等； Familiar with robot IO interface principle, can at least 2 kinds of network communication configuration, such as Profinet, DeviceNet, cc link, Profibus, etc

7、完成上级交予的其他工作 Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

任职资格： 1、大专及以上学历，2年以上机器人工作经验； College degree or above, more than 2 years working experience in robot

2、熟悉ABB、KUKA、FANUC、安川机器人调试等，以精通ABB、FANUC优先考虑； Familiar with ABB, KUKA, FANUC, yaskawa robot debugging, to master ABB, FANUC is preferred

3、有点焊、弧焊、涂胶、搬运等机器人调试经验者优先考虑； Experience in spot welding, arc welding, gluing and handling is preferred

4、 有机器人滚边、激光、去毛刺等工艺经验者优先考虑； Experience in robot edging, laser and deburring is preferred

5、熟悉机器人离线仿真编程软件，如ROBOTSTUDIO、PDPS、RobotArt的优先考虑； Familiar with offline simulation programming software, such as ROBOTSTUDIO, PDPS, RobotArt is preferred

6、为人正直、诚实，善于沟通，工作认真负责，严谨细致，有良好的团队合作精神。 Integrity, honesty, good at communication, serious and responsible work, rigorous and meticulous, have a good team spirit

7、适应外地出差 Adapt to travel

8、 退伍军人优先考虑 Veterans is preferred
