Your Responsibilities

 Responsible for assembly (cell assembly) planning from the concept phase to the process

implementation in series production (SOP). Carry out necessary activities to ensure a good start of

the production.

 Keep project budget and milestones such as VFF, PVS, 0-S, SOP etc.

 For project release, several decision-making committees will be held by VGC and VWAG, documents

preparation and coordinating of preparation work are necessary.

 Presenting of project documents within different decision making committees of VGC and VCIC.

 Make sure that the project proceeded following international standards of the VWAG

 Collaboration within the VW Battery plants as well as VGC and VWAG

 Participate in project related as well as planning department related workshops

 Propose process improvement solutions.

 Presenting project related information in professional groups

 Organizing and sharing of planning and project related documents and knowledge/ information

 Evaluation of ÄKOs (Evaluate, demonstrate impact, represent in committees). Coordinating and

following up the status of change management such as ÄKO, LC or other changes to the projects,

internally and with related departments.

 Identifying and monitoring of project costs like SGK. Presenting and explaining planning project

investment to KAN, VAI and other VW group approval committees.

 Planning of the series production after handover of the equipment to the production.

Our Requirements



Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Mechanical/Industrial engineering or

Automobile related fields



2 years full time working experience, ideally in the field of automotive or battery planning



Proficient in Chinese, German and/or English fluently in speaking and writing, both German and

English would be preferred



Ability to work in an international company and team



Action oriented work style and strong drive for results



Focus on personal learning and development



Well-developed communication & cooperation skills



Good organization and coordination ability, conflict and problem solving skills, self-confident

manner, assertiveness skills



Skillfully applying office and management software such as MS Office, SAP, KSRM, CAD knowledge

etc.
