实验室测试技术员

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

· The Laboratory and Test Technician is responsible
for R&D Lab equipment maintenance, annual calibration, etc.

· The Laboratory and TestTechnician is also responsible for performing verification and validation testing for product development initiatives based on the instruction of engineers. This includes test equipment setup and care, maintaining proper documentation, and communication of results

· To support R&D design engineers to do some mechanical/electrical assembly work, debugging/testing work of product prototypes when needed.

· To support and execute outsourcing test task including EMC, vibration, radiation hardness, etc.

· To support and execute X-Ray response and environment adaptability test at DTM/DTB.
MAJOR ACTIVITIES
• Performing verification and validation testing for new product development initiatives based on the instruction of engineers.
• Maintain R&D Lab equipment, and be responsible for annual calibration of equipment.
• Support design engineers to do some assembly work, debugging/testing work of product prototypes when needed.
• When there is overnight TC/TH test, the laboratory Technician needs to work on the night shift to ensure the safety of test equipment and test setup.
• Ensuring the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced
• Comply with Health and Safety requirements of DT.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Understand and follow company rules and regulations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
