Job Responsibility:
●Be responsible for the compilation, consolidation, and timely submission of monthly and quarterly government reports. Assist in completing routine surveys and data filings as required by governmental agencies and industry associations.
●Take full ownership of the end-to-end execution of government funding programs, qualification certifications, and honor applications, including documentation compilation, copywriting, professional formatting and binding, system-based submission, and physical document delivery.
●Maintain systematic classification, archiving, and ledger management of application materials, official government correspondence, and qualification certificates to ensure accessibility and compliance.
●Provide comprehensive logistical support for attendance at non-executive level industry seminars and government-business engagement forums. Assist in meeting material preparation, minutes documentation, and post-event follow-up to ensure effective communication and follow-through.
●Assist in the preparation and coordination of daily reception activities for government officials and industry association representatives, including itinerary planning, meeting room arrangement, and documentation preparation to ensure professional and smooth execution.
●Execute additional duties and special assignments as delegated by the supervising manager, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Job Requirements:
●Full-time bachelor's degree or above.
●Candidates with academic backgrounds in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Chinese Language and Literature, or related disciplines are preferred.
●Minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience.
●Demonstrated hands-on experience in government project applications is highly desirable.
●Demonstrated competency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
●CET-4 certification or above is required.
●Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Microsoft Word (professional document formatting and layout), Microsoft Excel (data organization and analysis), and Microsoft PowerPoint (presentation development).
●Exceptional capability in official document composition, with the ability to independently draft, edit, and finalize application materials and reports in line with professional formatting and binding standards.
Keeping attention to detail, with a proven track record of managing repetitive, process-oriented workflows with precision and zero-defect delivery.
●Strong aptitude for effective liaison with government agencies and internal departments, with a sound understanding of business etiquette and reception protocols. Demonstrated strong problem-solving capabilities, resilience under pressure, and the ability to respond swiftly and effectively to emergent issues.
