Job Responsibility:
1、Equipment repair and maintenance---40%
•Achieve monthly equipment availability in line with KPI targets.
•Achieve monthly equipment downtime targets in line with KPI requirements.
•Achieve monthly equipment maintenance completion rate in line with KPI targets.
•Complete repair reports in compliance with KPI requirements.
2、Equipment problem solving---20%
•Resolve equipment-related production capacity issues in a timely manner.
•Collaborate with the workshop to address product and quality issues caused by equipment.
•Resolve equipment safety hazards and issues.
•Address and close findings from QA audits.
New equipment installation, debugging and acceptance---15%
•Arrange relocation of new equipment to designated locations and coordinate connection of utilities including water, electricity and gas.
•Coordinate with equipment vendors on performance verification and production debugging.
•Develop maintenance and operation SOPs for new equipment.
•Complete and issue new equipment acceptance reports.
3、Equipment performance and safety improvement 15%
•Submit a monthly report identifying potential safety hazards.
•Submit monthly continuous improvement proposals.
•Submit an annual engineering improvement report.
4、Equipment failure data analysis and reporting---10%
•Conduct quarterly equipment failure analysis and issue improvement reports.
•Revise maintenance content and plans, and implement programs to meet performance targets.
•Submit daily work reports.
Job Requirements:
•College degree or above in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
•Proficient in written and spoken English.
•3–5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance and repair.
•Experience in process improvement and equipment-related problem-solving.
•Thorough understanding of equipment mechanical and electrical working principles.
•Proficient in equipment database operation and management.
•Familiar with office software and design tools such as CAD and SolidWorks.
•Strong customer-oriented mindset and excellent planning and organizational skills.
•Comprehensive problem analysis and resolution skills, innovative thinking and strong teamwork spirit.
