Calibration Engineer/计量工程师

Job Responsibility:

The integrity of the calibration system – 35%

●Establish a calibration document system according to quality system requirements；

●Reference calibration corresponding national standard in combination with the practical situation of the company to develop meet the requirements of the company's production measurement instrument calibration specification；

●Establish the highest internal standards of the company, and make it in an effectively controlled state, establish a traceability system to ensure that all measurement data are accurate and evidence based；

Daily management of calibration –35%

●Develop monthly internal calibration plan and annual external calibration plan；

●Arrangement calibration operator to perform calibration according to the annual plan and monthly calibration plan, supervision the calibration completion rate according to the due date of the calibration

●Timely handle various problems that arise during the calibration process, and try not to affect production as much as possible

●Initiate a failure risk assessment for non-conforming measuring tools

●Responsible for verification of calibration report

Employee training and assessment – 15%

●According to training plan, calibration specification training calibration operator, to ensure that the calibration operator grasp the method of the operation, calibration of the instrument, perform calibration work in accordance with the specification requirements

●Responsible for assessing the competence of calibration operator

●Responsible for training and assessing new engineers on measuring tool selection

Internal and external audit– 10%

●Cope with internal and external audits and improve various non-conformities identified during the audit

New Gauge Evaluation – 5%

●Collaborative production engineers evaluate new measuring tools and various performance test of new equipment, combined with the company product testing requirements, whether to meet the test requirements on the performance of the equipment evaluation results are given.

Job Requirements:

●Bachelor or above, Major in Metrology, Automation, Electronics, Communication Engineering and related majors

●2 years+ in calibration experience.

●Familiar with optical communication testing equipment and commonly used gauges

●Be familiar with ISO9000(IATF16949 is preferred. ●Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices and procedures and quality system.

●Proficiency in Office Software

●Basic oral and good written communication in English

●Good self-learning ability and hands-on ability
