# Job Description
## Core Position Focus
Primarily responsible for high-end sales, supplemented by basic store management, serving high-net-worth clients, and requiring independent business thinking capabilities.
## Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain high-end Australian engineering / home improvement clients, provide customized window and door solutions, independently negotiate and close deals, and achieve sales targets.
2. Coordinate daily store operations (scheduling, inventory, display), coach the sales team, and promote a high-end service mindset.
3. Conduct research on the local high-end window and door market, provide insightful sales strategy recommendations, coordinate with headquarters on delivery and after-sales support to ensure premium client experience.
## Job Requirements
1. 1–3 years of sales experience in building materials / windows and doors; experience in high-end building materials sales or serving high-net-worth clients in Australia is preferred. Bachelor’s degree or above (flexible for candidates with outstanding experience).
2. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to communicate efficiently with high-level clients with professional business etiquette.
3. Possess independent business thinking ability, excel in sales negotiation and client development, capable of independently closing deals, with basic store management knowledge.
4. Target-oriented, strong resilience, excellent professional ethics, suitable for serving high-net-worth clients.
5. Hold a valid passport, eligible to work long-term in Australia, in good health with no criminal record.
