职位描述
1、负责公司网站谷歌引擎优化（SEO）和谷歌广告（SEM）策略制定与执行。
2、分析关键词，优化网站内容，提升搜索引擎排名，增加网站流量。
3、监控、分析搜索引擎营销效果，根据数据调整优化策略，提高转化率。
4、跟踪行业动态，研究竞争对手的SEO/SEM策略，提出有效的应对措施。
任职要求：
1、2年以上同岗位经验，熟悉主流搜索引擎的工作原理及排名算法，具备SEO/SEM实战经验，具备优秀的英语书面能力，CET-6或以上水平。
2、熟练使用SEO工具，如Google Analytics、SEMrush等，能进行数据分析和效果评估。
3、具备良好的文案撰写能力，能创作高质量、符合搜索引擎优化的内容。
4、具有较强的数据分析能力，能够根据数据反馈快速调整优化策略。
