Key Responsibilities: Payroll Processing: 1.Collect and validate payroll data, including tax and social security information. 2.Execute payroll input and monitor payroll cycles for accuracy and timeliness. 3.Review and reconcile payroll reports against HR systems (e.g., Workday). Compliance & Reporting: 1.Prepare statutory reports for government authorities. 2.Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies. 3.Support audits and implement control measures. Benefits Administration: 1.Manage statutory and company benefits (enrollment, vesting, payments). 2.Coordinate with vendors for benefit programs and contract renewals. System & Process Improvement: 1.Participate in payroll/benefit system implementation and testing. 2.Document processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains. Vendor Management: 1.Liaise with payroll and benefit vendors to ensure service quality and compliance. Employee Support: 1.Resolve payroll and benefit-related queries from employees and stakeholders. Qualifications & Competencies: 1.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2.3–5 years of experience in payroll or HR operations. 3.Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements. 4.Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Workday). 5.Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines
