Key Responsibilities:

Development and Customization:
根据公司需求开发、定制和维护Odoo模块。
Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on company requirements.
根据公司要求实现用户角色和访问权限的可视化定制。
Implement User roles and access right visualization customization as per company requirements.
创建和配置具有工作流自动填充的新模板。
Create and configure new templates with workflow automation filling.
在模块上创建新的筛选选项，以优化数据搜索。
Create new filter selections on modules for optimized data search.
在Odoo生态系统内执行版本升级、模块迁移和技术升级。
Perform version upgrades, module migrations, and technical upgrades within the Odoo ecosystem.
通过API、XML-RPC和其他方法将Odoo与第三方系统集成。
Integrate Odoo with third-party systems via API, XML-RPC, and other methodologies.
2、数据库管理和优化：
Database Management and Optimization:
将现有数据库迁移到我们的个人云环境和/或本地。
Migrate existing database to our personal cloud environment and/or on premises.
设计和优化PostgreSQL数据库，确保高效的数据存储和检索。
Desgning and optimize PostgreSQL databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
为报告和数据分析开发SQL查询。
Develop SQL queries for reporting and data analysis.
3、用户界面和工作流设计：
User Interface and Workflow Design:
构建自定义仪表板、视图和工作流程，以简化操作并增强用户体验。
Build custom dashboards, views, and workflows to streamline operations and enhance user experience.
改善用户界面/用户体验，提高系统可用性。
Implement UI/UX improvements to enhance system usability.
4、故障排除和Bug修复：
Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing:
识别、诊断和解决Odoo模块中的错误和问题。
Identify,diagnose, and resolve bugs and issues in Odoo modules.
对系统故障进行根本原因分析，确保及时修复。
Perform root cause analysis for system malfunctions and ensure timely fixes.
5、协作和文档：
Collaboration and Documentation:
与高层管理人员、项目经理和最终用户密切合作，收集功能和技术需求。
Work closely with Top Management, project managers, and end-users to gather
functional and technical requirements.
创建技术文档，包括开发路线图、用户指南和发布说明。
Create technical documentation, including development roadmaps, user guides, and release notes.
为Odoo用户提供培训和持续支持。
Provide training and ongoing support for Odoo users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1、Odoo平台必备专业知识：
Mandatory Expertise in Odoo Platform:
3年以上Odoo ERP开发、配置和定制工作经验。
3+years of experience working with Odoo ERP development, configuration, and customization.
深入了解Odoo的架构、模块（销售、库存、会计、CRM等）和核心框架。
In-depth knowledge of Odoo’s architecture, modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, etc.), and core framework.
有使用Odoo开发工具的经验，包括Odoo Studio。
Experience with Odoo development tools, including Odoo Studio.
2、技术熟练程度：
Technical Proficiency:
熟练使用Python和JavaScript，有编写简洁高效代码的实践经验。
Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in writing clean and efficient code.
有使用PostgreSQL的经验，包括编写复杂的SQL查询。
Experience with PostgreSQL, including complex SQL query writing.
熟悉前端技术，如HTML， CSS， jQuery和Bootstrap。
Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
了解版本控制系统(Git， GitHub或Bitbucket)。
Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket).

Integration and API Development:
有RESTful api， XML-RPC， JSON和web服务的经验。
Experience with RESTful APIs, XML-RPC, JSON, and web services.
能够将Odoo与外部系统集成。
Ability to integrate Odoo with external systems.

Problem Solving and Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Preferred Qualifications:
1、odoo认证优先考虑。
Odoo certification is a plus.
2、有针对模块修改定制Odoo代码的经验。
Experience in customizing Odoo code for modules modifications.
3、在云基础设施和内部部署和维护Odoo的经验。
Experience in deploying and maintaining Odoo on cloud infrastructure and on premises.
4、熟悉敏捷开发方法和工具。
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
5、具备在Odoo生态系统中开发移动应用的知识优先考虑。
Knowledge of developing mobile apps within the Odoo ecosystem is a plus.
