注塑工程师（项目经理）

英语听说读写熟练，至少5年以上注塑工程师工作经验，有工厂经理或厂长工作经历优先，薪资面议。
职位目的
 Provide technical and operational assistance for set-up of the new factory (production, quality, warehouse, NPD, HSE, maintenance, etc..)

主要工作项目
 Support operation manager on daily supervision of all operation activities. Regularly report outstanding issues which happen in operational activities. The manager’s role is to monitor the daily activity in order to provide daily precise information about the progress of the factory, problems, potential problems and be the link between the factory and manager(s).
 Support manager for the implementation for actions to be taken, monitor the follow-up, identify, and report criticalities.
 Manage and assess (with help of related people where necessary) suppliers’ quotation, products or services assessment and provide alternative solution if necessary.
 Handle confidential files if necessary.
 Translation of documents.
 Prepare summaries, reports, or help in a first screening of existing reports, extract information, KPI, etc. from available data.
 Prepare and maintain regular documents, and work with third parties on annual audits, external assessment’s, coordination with external and internal departments.
 Update project plans and monitor machine/plant installation progress vs plan; identify critical aspects and work with related parties to propose and implement solutions.
 Follow-up with machines test runs, modifications, till full capacity of the plant.
 Other assignment required.
In order to get the necessary understanding of the process to be implemented in the new factory, it’s required a deep understanding of technical and operational aspects of the current facility in Shenzhen, and data collection from current process to be used for start-up of the new plant. This will include the understanding of production, quality, HSE, engineering, and the connection between process and customer requirements.

 Fluent in English.
 Able to well understand the manufacturing operation of a factory, and its impact on accounting/finance.
 Strong communication skills
 Proactive, curious to understand the details.
 For this position it’s required a person with solid experience in project/operation management in mid-size companies, self confident but able to interact with the team in appropriate way, in order to get thing happen smoothly without conflicts.
 Able to handle confidential information.
 Basic understanding of plastic, machinery, chemistry. Candidates with experience as injection molding engineers are preferred.
 Basic or average CAD ability is a plus but not a mandatory requirement
 Able to understand current work flow and put it in writing in a standard procedure and ensure training of related people.
The ideal candidate is a person attention to details, with good leadership and skills in project or operational management, preferentially with experience of factory relocations or department re-organization. Due to the specific peculiarities of the process, the candidate needs to be able to understand clearly the process and work on continuous improvement for both technical and non technical aspects.
