职位描述
1.向肿瘤患者及家属提供被动咨询解答，回复患者及家属对于项目、医保政策、就诊信息等非医学信息等相关问题；
2.被动介绍患者支持项目并推进已处方患者入组；
3.反馈患者问题，并及时上报不良反应；
4.与医护人员沟通交流患者共性问题；
5.根据准确、完善、及时的原则填写服务记录，定期反馈。
6.完成经理安排的其他任务。
驻地人员要求如下：
1.医/药/护理学大专及以上学历，具备护士资格证者或有患教会经验者优先;
2.一年以上临床/护理工作经验，能够准确掌握相关医学/护理知识;
3.具备良好的沟通能力,有和医学领域专家建立并保持良好的信任的能力;
4.掌握演讲技巧，良好的协调及组织能力;
5.诚实守信，责任心强，服务意识强;和
6.熟悉办公软件的运用。
7.可以接受出差。
