Procurement Engineer – Shipbuilding Industry

Known for our innovation and commitment to excellence, we are a prominent player in the global shipbuilding industry. We are seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer to join our Qingdao team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure materials and equipment required for shipbuilding projects, including:
- Steel plates, aluminum, fiberglass, and copper-nickel alloys.
- Aluminum honeycomb panels and structural components.
- Marine engines, propellers, thrusters, and towing systems.
- Anchors, anchor chains, and heavy-duty fenders.
- Piping systems, valves, and HVAC components.
- Navigation and communication systems.
- Luxury fittings and interior components for yachts.
- Coatings, paints, anodes, and safety equipment.
- Manage suppliers to ensure timely delivery, compliance with quality standards, and cost efficiency.
- Oversee logistics, including transportation, customs clearance, and inventory management.
- Ensure all procurement activities meet class society standards (e.g., ABS, DNV, CCS) and company policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation for procurement and logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Chinese national with strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement for shipbuilding, with expertise in sourcing materials for tug boats and yachts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Knowledge of class requirements and shipbuilding processes.

- 工程、供应链管理或相关领域的学士学位。
- 熟悉船级社要求和造船流程。
薪资和福利：
