Primary Function 职责概述
Work with Asso. Marcom and Commercial Training Director, to obtain the requirements of the organization in CRDx, plan and deliver commercial training plan to enhance the sales capabilities.
Major Responsibilities 主要职责
Training needs analysis to obtain the requirements of the organization in CRDx China.
Work with Asso. Marcom and Commercial Training Director and business leaders to develop, deliver and search training programs based on job functions to support business strategies.
Evaluate and report the training effectives by post follow up actions and coaching.
Deliver Commercial training to sales team include business process and skills.
Support CRDx Area & Global Training in the designing and customizing appropriate curriculum and learning solutions that meet business needs in local country.
Requirement(education, background,…etc)
要求
Bachelor degree or above
3 years+ experience of training, marketing and /or sales management in healthcare industry, IVD is preferred
Knowledge and application of adult learning theory, design through learning objectives, instructional design process, best practices and standards, blended learning approaches and evaluation methods.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
Excellent project and program management skills to manage timelines, resources, stakeholders, good presentation skills
Strong leadership and motivational ability.
Be skilled in English and software.
