我的工作职责是什么？
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. To carry out daily inbound, outbound, stock control, transportation related system operations in SAP and other systems.
2. To secure warehouse/transportation performance, including on time warehouse & transportation performance, logistics delivery quality, stock accuracy etc.
3. To define SOP or WI and execute warehouse/transportation operation management process
4. To conduct warehouse/transportation process and carry out the process audit on warehouse
5. To participate in CIP activities and follow up the progress of defined action plans
6. To investigate the logistics claims with regards to root cause, preventive action plans to improve performance and delivery quality
7. To support warehouse/transportation related projects to cover all related business and customers' needs
您的职责包括但不限于：
1.负责在 SAP 等系统中执行日常的进/出库、库存控制以及与运输相关的系统操作。
2.为确保仓库/运输工作的正常运行，包括按时完成仓库和运输任务、提高物流交付质量、保证库存准确无误等。
3.定义标准操作程序（SOP）或作业指导书（WI），并执行仓库/运输操作管理流程
4.负责仓库/运输流程的执行，并对仓库流程进行审核。
5.参与 CIP 活动，并跟进已制定行动计划的进展情况
6.为查明相关物流问题的根本原因，并制定预防措施计划以提升绩效和交付质量
7.以支持与仓库/运输相关的项目，以满足所有相关业务及客户的需求。

What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. 教育背景： 本科学历，希望但不局限于供应链管理、物流管理等专业。
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred but not limited to the major in Supply Chain Management, Logistic Management, Business Administration, Industry Engineering, etc.

2. 工作经验：1年以上仓库、物流或供应链相关运作经验经验。
Experience: 3-5 years’ working experience in project management focused on warehouse, logistics, or supply chain-related projects; experience in large-scale warehouse projects is a plus.

3. 核心能力：
a. 热爱仓库领域，愿意以成长心态迎接变化和挑战。
b. 良好的逻辑思维能力和数字分析能力
c. 良好的沟通能力。
d. 熟练使用办公软件。

Language Skills: CET 6 or above, Fluent in English (spoken and written) for business communication.
