Job Responsibilities 岗位职责
l Be responsible for daily front desk
receptions of the business department, including receiving visiting clients and
interviewees, completing registration, providing guidance and catering
services.
负责业务部门日常前台接待工作,做好来访客户、面试人员的接待引导、信息登记及茶水服务。
l Answer and transfer incoming calls
properly, manage incoming and outgoing express mails and documents, and
standardize visitor registration management.
负责日常来电接听与转接,统筹快递、文件收发,规范访客登记管理。
l Manage meeting room reservation, layout
arrangement, pre-meeting preparation and on-site logistics support for business
meetings.
统筹业务会议室预约、场地布置、会前茶水筹备及各类商务会议后勤保障工作。
l Maintain office environment and corporate
image, take charge of office supplies inventory, application, distribution and
daily management.
维护办公区域环境与部门对外形象,负责办公用品盘点、申领、发放及日常管理。
l Complete other temporary administrative
reception tasks assigned by leaders.
完成上级交办的其他业务行政接待类临时工作。
Job Requirements 任职要求
l height above 168cm,
elegant appearance, decent manners and good temperament are preferred.
身高 165cm 及以上,形象气质佳,谈吐举止大方得体者优先。
l Proficient in oral English, holding
IELTS/TOEFL certificates is preferred, capable of fluent daily communication
with foreign guests.
具备优秀英语口语能力,持有雅思、托福语言证书优先,可与外籍人员流利无障碍沟通。
l Bachelor degree or above, majored in
Administrative Management, Secretarial Science, Hotel Management or related
majors is preferred.
本科及以上学历,行政管理、文秘、酒店管理等相关专业优先。
l Skilled in Office office software,
proficient in basic document sorting and data table production.
熟练运用 Office 办公软件,精通日常文档整理、基础表格制作。
l Warm, patient and friendly with strong
service awareness, careful work attitude and clear logical thinking.
性格开朗热情、耐心亲和,具备良好服务意识,做事细心严谨、条理清晰。
l Good interpersonal communication ability
and professional etiquette literacy, strong sense of responsibility.
具备优秀沟通表达能力与商务礼仪素养,工作责任心强。
l Fresh graduates and candidates with or
without front desk & administrative working experience are all welcome.
有无前台、行政相关工作 / 实习经验均可,应届生亦可录用。
