Summary:
The position is expected to partner with LPG
China Finance team to provide value-added financial planning and analysis, a
substantial opportunity for career advancement in a sizable multinational
company.
Responsibilities:
Work with the whole team to deliver
monthly/quarter financial target for key metrics, such as revenue pacing
tracking and target attainment monitoring
Manage the special price approval to make it
aligned with margin target and overall price strategy
Manage commercial team performance via
spending/HC control, CAPEX management & other initiatives end-to-end track;
Cooperate with accounting team to complete
monthly closing smoothly;
Prepare and build assumptions for annual
operating plan;
Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial
reporting as required.
Minimum
Qualifications:
3+ years finance related working experience,
FP&A experience is a must
Good communication skillset and team-work
spirit
Self-motivated; Having passions and being
curious to business
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance,
CPA, ACCA preferred.
Power user of Microsoft Excel, familiar with
Power BI, SQL is preferred.
