职位描述
1. 按照生产工艺要求，完成电子零部件的组装、检测及包装等基础操作。
2. 严格遵守车间操作规范与安全制度，确保生产过程的合规性与产品质量。
3. 配合线长完成生产任务的统计与汇报，及时反馈生产中的异常情况。
任职要求
1. 18周岁及以上，身体健康，能适应三班倒排班模式。
2. 具备基础的动手能力与学习能力，能快速掌握简单的生产操作流程。
3. 工作认真负责，有较强的团队协作意识与执行力。
补充说明
1. 薪资待遇：按小时计薪（21元/小时），综合月薪5500-6500元。
2. 吃住情况：提供住宿，餐食采用“先吃后扣”模式。
3. 排班信息：三班倒，做五休二，可正常休班及享受法定节假日。
