Helpdesk specialist will be required to: 服务中心专员
Receive sites service request in Mandarin and English by way of hotline, email, CIP/other channel; record and dispatch WO(work order), by utilizing楼宇卫士
通过热线电话,电子邮件及其他渠道接受中文普通话/英语等语言的现场客户服务需求,通过楼宇卫士系统记录并发送工作工单Competencies (Sales and Core) 技能 :
Track WO closure in楼宇卫士
在楼宇卫士系统中跟进工单状态并关闭
Receive service request in Mandarin and English from hotline phone or other channels
接听热线电话或其他渠道的普通话或英语的服务需求
Receive training of Command Center helpdesk internal process and service standard; and be capable to deliver services at high quality and satisfaction
接受公司内部流程及服务标准培训,并有能力提供高质量及满意的服务
******* request collection (call、mail、we-chat、etc.)

******* response prioritization (SLA based)

******* WO monitoring
服务工单监控
Regular service report and system PM report (weekly/Monthly)

Assist to build on site internal process document and help to improve the image of the team
