岗位职责:
Team Introduction
The Supply Chain and Logistics team plays a vital role in ensuring a strong and efficient supply chain and logistics infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global expansion. They provide business planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimize their operational efficiency.
- Monitor end-to-end logistics performance across the UK/EU fulfillment network and identify issues in warehousing, transportation and last-mile delivery.
- Track key logistics quality metrics, including delivery timeliness, damage rate, loss rate, on-time fulfillment rate and exception rate.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, analyze root causes and propose practical improvement actions.
- Follow up on logistics exceptions and drive closed-loop issue resolution with internal teams and logistics partners.
- Support the improvement of KPI definitions, quality control rules and exception-handling processes.
任职要求:
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, operations analysis or strategy analysis
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to identify problems, analyze root causes and drive improvements through data
- Basic understanding of e-commerce logistics fulfillment
- Fluent in spoken and written English, able to communicate with partners and internal teams in a business environment
- Fast learner, hands-on, results-driven
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in warehousing, transportation or last-mile delivery is a plus
