职位描述
1. 负责胸肺、普外、泌尿领域医疗器械在指定区域的市场开拓与销售目标达成。
2. 建立并维护与三甲医院科室主任、采购部门的深度合作关系，挖掘客户需求并提供定制化解决方案。
3. 参与学术推广活动，向临床医生传递产品的技术优势与临床价值，提升品牌专业影响力。
4. 跟踪竞品动态与市场趋势，制定差异化销售策略，确保市场份额的稳步增长。
任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，医学、生物工程或市场营销相关专业优先。
2. 具备3年以上医疗器械销售经验，熟悉胸肺、普外或泌尿领域的临床应用场景。
3. 拥有三甲医院客户资源与项目型销售经验，能独立完成从需求挖掘到合同签订的全流程。
4. 具备优秀的沟通表达能力与学术推广能力，能快速建立专业信任。
