1、根据公司的年度经营目标，参与制定并执行光模块部门的年度工作目标和各阶段工作目标；
1.Based on the company's annual business goals, participate in formulating and implementing the Optical Module Department's annual work goals and stage-by-stage work goals.
2、全面控制、协调生产部门的资源及各项生产活动，保质、保量完成交付；
2.Fully control and coordinate the resources and production activities of the production department, and complete the delivery with quality and quantity guarantee;
3、参与公司生产效率提升和产品质量改善的行动计划与实施；
3.Participate in the action plan and implementation for improving production efficiency and product quality within the company;
4、负责工单清尾及结案进度点检，超期工单数据异常分析；
4.Responsible for tracking the progress of work order clearance and case closure, as well as analyzing anomalies in overdue work order data
5、与研发部门密切合作开发新产品，革新技术和工艺流程以及改进产品质量；
5. Collaborate closely with the R&D department to develop new products, innovate technologies and processes, and improve product quality;
6、制订与实施库存计划和生产成本控制计划；
6. Develop and implement inventory plans and production cost control plans;
7、根据生产加工流程和技术要求确定所需人员的资格条件、工作步骤，分配工作任务；
7. Determine the qualifications and work steps of the required personnel based on the production and processing process and technical requirements, and allocate work tasks;
8、执行7S与精益生产管理，杜绝八大浪费；
8. Implement 7S and lean production management to eliminate the eight major wastes;
9、组织部门员工的任用、培训和考核等各项工作；
9. The appointment, training, and assessment of employees in the organizational department;
10、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。
