Job description 岗位描述：

4.Problems and issues may be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other disciplines and job areas.

5.Evaluates the requirements at the device level. 评估设备的需求水平。
6.Prepare and verify the quotation draft at the device level. 准备和确认报价
7.Prepares and verify the product concept at the device level, taking functional, material-related, technical production and economical aspects into account; drawing up selected designs for detailing准备并验证产品设备级别的概念,功能,有关,技术生产和经济方面考虑;拟定选定的设计细节
8.Implementation and arrangement of detailing work for devices, assemblies and parts; preparation of all the necessary 3D documents. 实现和详细工作设备的安排,总成和部件;所有必要的3 D文件的准备。
9.Selection of the materials and standards to be used; specification of tolerances and checking up on drawings
10.Preparing the (design) FMEA for the complete device, taking customer requirements into account
11.Responsible for the release of design data (3D, 2D drawing, BOM, Specification) in PDM system
12.Lead design review for complete device, responsible for design release of components and product according to Hella standard.
13.Support DV, PV planning and tests on sample devices, integration of results in the design.
14.Other tasks assigned by the dept. manager
Job requirements 任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above
本科或本科以上学历
2.Proficient in English, both spoken and written
熟练的英语口语和写作能力
3.Engineering on Mechanical Design or Related
机械设计或相关专业背景
4.At least 4 years’ experience on Mechanical Design
四年以上机械设计工作经验
5.Design & Development experience in Automotive Electronics
汽车电子行业研发工作经验
6.Familiar with automotive product development process like APQP and PPAP
熟悉汽车产品的研发流程，如APQP及PPAP等
7.Familiar with design requirements as well as manufacturing processes of plastic, sheet metal and die casting parts
熟悉塑胶件、钣金件、压铸件的设计要求及制造工艺
8.Familiar with environmental conditions and testing for electrical and electronic equipment - especially on mechanical, climatic and chemical load requirements
熟悉电气和电子设备的环境条件及测试要求 —— 机械、气候和化学负载的相关要求
9.Familiar with kinds of virtual design verification methods like Mold Flow, FEA, FMEA, DFM etc.
熟悉各种虚拟设计验证方法，如模流分析、有限元分析、失效模式及影响分析和制造可行性分析等
10.CATIA V5 Basic (PD, GSD, AD)
