职位描述
• 5年及以上全自动化学免疫发光分析仪或体外诊断精密医疗仪器研发工作经验，熟悉化学免疫发光检测原理及仪器研发全流程；有完整仪器研发项目、样机开发调试经验者优先。
• 精通全自动化学免疫发光分析仪核心工作原理，熟悉样本处理、试剂反应、光学检测、信号输出等全流程技术，掌握液路、光路、机械结构、电气控制核心模块设计要点；
• 熟练使用SolidWorks、AutoCAD等机械设计软件，能独立完成结构设计、图纸绘制与三维建模；
• 熟悉医疗器械研发法规、ISO13485质量管理体系、医疗器械风险管理标准，了解产品研发验证、注册基本流程；
• 具备扎实的仪器调试、故障排查、性能优化能力，能独立解决研发过程中的技术难点；
• 具备良好的文档撰写能力，可规范完成研发技术文档、测试报告的编制。
• 具备严谨的研发思维、较强的技术钻研能力与问题解决能力，工作认真细致、责任心强；
• 具备良好的团队协作精神与沟通协调能力，能高效对接跨部门工作；
• 具备较强的学习能力，可快速掌握行业新技术、新标准，适应研发项目进度要求；
