·
Independently conduct and
document price negotiations with Chinese suppliers
·
Develop, implement, and
continuously improve commodity group strategies using standard sourcing and
reporting tools
·
Identify, analyze, and realize
cost-saving potentials (e.g. Design-to-Cost, value analysis) in close
collaboration with cross-functional teams
·
Prepare and execute tenders,
price negotiations, and contract negotiations to sustainably improve
procurement conditions
·
Identify and evaluate new
supplier alternatives
·
Contribute to the development
and implementation of global procurement and supplier strategies together with director
procurement
·
Other tasks might be necessarily in China
·

·
运用标准化采购及报告工具来制定、实施并持续优化商品组策略
·
与跨职能团队紧密协作,识别、分析并实现成本节约潜力(如成本导向设计、价值分析)

Select, manage, and develop
suppliers with regard to cost, quality, risk, capacity, and delivery
performance
·
Ensure compliance with
regulatory and quality requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA)
·
Conduct supplier evaluations,
monitoring, and development activities, including on-site supplier visits
·
Foster long-term, trust-based
partnerships with key suppliers
·

确保符合法规和质量要求(ISO 9001、ISO 13485、FDA)
·

Successfully completed degree
in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a
comparable qualification
·
2 – 5 years of professional
experience in technical and strategic procurement, preferably in an
international or regulated environment
·
