The role
IS Seafood is a Shanghai-based seafood distributor serving 9,000+ foodservice outlets, with its own processing plants. We are hiring a hands-on builder to drive the rollout of AI and automation across the company — someone who personally finds the highest-value manual workflows and replaces them with working tools, then gets the team to adopt them.
This is a doer role, not a management role. You will build, ship, and iterate yourself. Success is measured in employee adoptions, efficiency gained, hours saved and data accuracy.
What you'll do
● Map the company's manual, repetitive workflows and prioritize them by return on effort.
● Build and deploy automations end to end: order processing (the orderdesk intake and confirmation flow, customer service/complaint management), document handling (invoices and fapiao, monthly reconciliation), purchasing data, sales-related activities (CRM tasks, quotations, pricing, follow up), inventory management and production data.
● Integrate systems so information flows without manual re-keying — connecting CRM, finance, and operations data.
● Train staff on new tools and drive real adoption, not just rollout.
● Measure impact rigorously and iterate.
Who we are looking for
● A builder. Familiarity with Chinese business systems (AI platforms, WeChat ecosystem). You can personally implement API integrations, AI/LLM platforms, and no-code/low-code tools. Comfortable scripting when the no-code tools hit their limits, you ship working things, fast.
● Operationally minded. You understand how a business actually runs and can turn a messy manual process into a reliable automated one.
● Patient with people. Rolling out AI means changing how colleagues work day to day. You can guide non-technical staff through that change patiently and persistently. Training, supporting, and adjusting until the new way sticks, rather than expecting adoption overnight
● Scrappy and end to end. Comfortable owning a project from idea to live, with no team to delegate to.
● A change agent. You can get skeptical staff to actually use what you build.
● Data-fluent. Spreadsheets and basic analytics are second nature.

Nice to have
● Distribution, foodservice, logistics, or supply-chain experience.
● A track record of AI or automation projects that shipped and stuck.

工作职责
· 梳理公司内的人工、重复性流程，并按投入产出比排定优先级。
· 端到端地构建并部署自动化方案：订单处理（订单台的接收与确认流程、客户服务/投诉管理）、单据处理（账单与发票、月度对账）、采购数据、销售相关事务（CRM 任务、报价、定价、跟进）、库存管理以及生产数据。
· 打通各系统，让信息无需人工重复录入即可流转——连接 CRM、财务与运营数据。
· 培训员工使用新工具，推动真正的落地采用，而不只是上线。
· 严格衡量成效并持续迭代。
招聘要求
· 实干型构建者。 熟悉中国本土业务系统（AI 平台、微信生态）。能够亲自实现 API 集成、AI 与大语言模型（LLM）平台以及无代码/低代码工具；当无代码工具遇到瓶颈时，也能动手编写脚本。交付迅速、注重实效。
· 懂业务运营。 理解企业的实际运作方式，能把杂乱的人工流程改造成可靠的自动化流程。
· 对人有耐心。 推行 AI 意味着改变同事的日常工作方式。你能耐心、坚持地带领非技术背景的员工完成这一转变——通过培训、支持与不断调整，让新方式真正扎根，而不是期望一蹴而就。

· 数据敏感。 熟练使用电子表格和基础数据分析。

· 具备分销、餐饮、物流或供应链行业经验。
· 有成功落地并持续使用的 AI 或自动化项目经验。
