职位描述
岗位职责:
负责供应商系统订单录入、下单、推送及全流程跟进,确保订单信息准确无误;
2.Track suppliers' production and delivery schedules, update progress in real time, timely coordinate delivery exceptions and conduct risk early warning;
跟进供应商生产及出货交期,实时更新进度,及时协调处理交期异常并做好风险预警;
3.Complete monthly account reconciliation with suppliers, organize invoices and relevant documents, and liaise with the finance department for payment application and confirmation;
每月与供应商完成往来对账,整理发票及相关单据,对接财务办理付款申请及付款确认;
4.Handle after-sales complaints such as product quality defects and cargo damage, follow up the whole process and ensure closed-loop resolution;
对接处理产品质量、货损等售后客诉,全程跟进处理流程,确保问题闭环解决;
5.Maintain daily business communication with suppliers, coordinate information synchronization among internal sales, finance and other departments, and complete report filing, document sorting and system data maintenance;
维护供应商日常业务对接,协调内部销售、财务等部门信息同步,做好报表单据归档及系统数据维护;
6.Complete other relevant tasks assigned by the leadership;
完成领导交办的其他相关工作。
任职要求:
本科及以上学历,有贸易、供应链、采购跟单相关从业经验者优先;
2.Meticulous and rigorous in work with strong data sensitivity; proficient in Office software, able to independently manage ledgers, sort data and generate business reports;
工作严谨细心,具备良好数据敏感度;精通Office办公软件,可独立完成台账管理、数据梳理及业务报表输出;
3.Fluent in written English, capable of independently handling daily business emails in English;
英文书面沟通流畅,能独立处理日常英文业务往来邮件;
4.Possess good internal and external communication and coordination skills; proactive and responsible at work, with outstanding problem-solving ability and work pressure resilience.
具备良好对内对外沟通协调能力,工作积极主动、责任心强,拥有优秀的问题处理能力与岗位抗压能力。
