职位描述
According to the department in charge of the work of layout and requirements, complete the daily work.
2、完成好前台接待、接听电话、卫生检查等各项基本工作。

3、做好《来访者卡》的登记、分发、收回工作，每天按时统计《来访者卡》及来访者的回收情况及流量。

4、对办公区设施环境检查，有异常情况及时通知相关部门确保及时处理解决。

5、始终保持前台区域整洁有序，按摆放需求摆放。 员工自身仪容仪表端庄正确穿戴制服。

6、确保与行政和RE服务岗位互动和互补
Ensure interaction and complementarity with administrative and RE service positions
7、配合部门领导交代的其他临时性的工作。

任职资格：
1、文秘或管理类相关大专以上学历。
College degree or above; major in secretary or management
2、熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件。
Master in software of Word and Excel etc.
3、良好的中英语听说能力。
Good Chinese &English in listening and speaking.
4、具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，及较强的保密意识。
