PLC西门子自动化安装调试自动化维修维护自动化技术支持新能源/燃油整车研发制造新能源汽车新能源/燃油车零部件
Job Objective工作目标:
• To ensure the equipments in your area of responsibility run normally by the trouble shooting and continually improvement to meet team’s goals in term of delivery and cost.
Job Responsibilities工作职责:
•Make the plan of daily patrol inspection and equipment maintenance and monitoring the result. Make sure the standards related available and effective.
•Diagnose and repair the machine in time if the machine is broken, analyze the cause of the breakdown, find the solution to reduce the MTTR, setup the contingency program.
•Instruct and training the maintenance electrical technician on site.
•Support the electrical daily maintenance.
•Prepare the spare parts and other material in order to ensure the PM implementation.
•Place spare parts purchase request according to the equipments condition and update the spare parts list in time, control the day-to-day consumption of spare parts.
•Take part in the equipment improvement and new equipment design, debug.
•Complete the tasks from supervisors.
Job Requirements工作要求
•Bachelor degree, majored in mechanics and automaton.
•3+ years work experience on maintenance or electric design.
•Skilled in PC operations and related PLC or automation control system programmer. •Electric engineering background.
•Proactive; Healthy; Good interpersonal relationship; Good team spirit; Ability to solve problem.
