Responsibility：
1. Lead RB plant sales structure analysis, including customer and product mix.
Analyze historical sales price trends to support pricing strategy and profitability steering.

2. Monitor profitability of running projects by customer and product family.
Proactively steer CRP / ReDTC / APV / MCR activities to drive project‑ and product‑level cost improvements and margin recovery, in line with plant performance KPIs

3. Design and implement a standardized, systemic RB plant reporting framework.
Prepare the monthly management & regulatory reporting package, including KPI monitoring, variance analysis, and management insights to support transparent decision‑making consistent with controlling standards.

4. Own financial evaluation and business case calculations for RB plant strategic initiatives and investments.Provide forward‑looking financial assessments to support management decisions on growth, capacity, and productivity initiatives.
5. Drive RB plant FI/AI implementation initiatives to enhance efficiency, transparency, and analytical capabilities within finance and controlling processes, leveraging finance AI and digitalization concepts
6. Lead cross‑functional process optimization and standardization initiatives across Finance, Operations, and other functions.
Strengthen plant internal controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets while improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirement：
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
2. Above 3-5 years in different Controlling functions，Strong understanding of finance fundamentals (P&L, Balance, Cash Flow, KPIs, Financial Analysis). Strong ERP and Office 360° (especially Excel) background required. Experienced in Pricing, Discounts & Rebates (Methods and Tools)
3. Experience as project team member and work package owner
4. Experienced in Forecasting, Budget & Strategy Process
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required
6. Fluent in English language
