检验组长-机加工（QC)

Responsible for QC team management，but not limited for team performance、team individual skill、inspection record management and so on to ensure product quality
负责检验员团队管理，不局限于检验团队绩效、技能、检验记录等管理，确保产品质量受控
 Responsible for testing all kinds of machined parts
负责检验各类机加工零件
 In the workshop, do the inspection for the parts t in accordance with of technical requirements of the drawings, get the data and make records
在生产现场按图纸技术要求对零部件进行检验，测出数据并做好记录
 If the parts and components are not matched with drawings, inform the workshop and the operator to stop operations
检验时发现零部件产品与图纸不符时，通知车间及操作者停止作业
 For the finished products, if they are not inconsistent with the drawings, issue "failure notice" to the responsible department. For the big quality accident, it should be reported to the leadership
对已完工产品经检验与图纸不符的开具“不合格通知单”交有关责任部门处理，对重大质量事故应及时向领导汇报
 Use and keep the measurement apparatus properly
妥善使用、保管本人使用的种类测量器具
 Comply with company’s rules and regulations
遵守公司的各项规章制度
 Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
完成上级交待的其他任务
 Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.

 College degree or above
大专以上
 Familiar with English information on drawing
熟悉图纸上英文信息
 Three to five years working experience with team management capacity
3至5年工作经验，同时具有团队管理能力
 Familiar with computer use and CAD
熟悉计算机操作及CAD 制图
 Familiar with the machining drawings, the roughness and shape which are marked on the drawings. Know the right meaning of the location tolerance
熟悉机械加工的图纸,熟悉图纸上所标注的粗糙度及各形状,位置公差符号的正确含义，并能策划及实施相应检测。
 Familiar with the standards and technological requirements of the process
熟悉各机加工序的工艺规范和工艺要求
 Master the methods of using the measuring instruments skillfully
掌握机械制造零件测量的计量器具的测量方法及技能，能熟练使用1500mm以内量程的内外径千分尺。
 Fill in all kinds of test records, inspection reports according to the requirements keep it properly.
按要求填写各类检验记录,检验报告并妥善保管
