职位描述
In accordance with sales requirement, to finish overall plan, production load and
capacity balancing work;
2. 审查和跟踪项目进度，确保项目按照计划要求顺利实施。
Review and track the progress of project execution to ensure the implementation according to the plan
3. 按照公司及部门相关SOP和操作流程要求，及时填写相关数据记录，确保计划相关过程的符合性，确保产品的岗位质量及按期交货并持续改进。
According to related SOP and operating rules in company, to fulfill the relevant record,ensure the conformity and timely delivery of planning process and also focus the continuous improvement in the position
4. 做好工作范围内5S要求的相关工作。
Responsible for 5S in the work area
5. 持续优化本岗位工作过程，逐步降低成本、缩短岗位工作周期。
Continuously optimize the work process and gradually reduce the product cost and lead time
6. 了解所有与职位相关的HSE规范，在工作过程中严格遵照执行。
Realize and follow up the HSE specifications in the course of work..
7. All other tasks assigned by line manager or company
完成其他由上级主管或公司安排的工作或任务。
8. Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations,
Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to
reach expected behavior and job performance.

本科或以上学历，机械工程类或其他相关专业毕业
2. 5 years working experience or above in mechanical processing factory, 1 years or above working experience in planning position.
在机械加工工厂工作经历5年及以上，至少1年以上的计划工作经验
3. Master production capacity calculation and analysis methods. 掌握生产能力计算及其分析方法.
4. Befamiliar with mechanical machining enterprise production planning and tracking
control method, understand the basic knowledge of mechanical product related
material .
熟悉机械加工类企业生产计划工作及其跟踪控制方法，了解机械产品相关材料的基础知识
5. Greenbelt essential certificate
具备绿带精华认证
6. Familiar with planning tools,such as MS-Projec, PWA 熟悉计划工具软件，比如MS-Project,PWA 等；
7. Can understand the simple English能理解简单的英语
8. Know ISO 9001，ISO14001&OHSAS18001 system requirements
