依托个人及行业资源，负责国际本科项目的代理招生、市场推广及渠道对接，完成招生目标，实现个人与公司互利共赢。 / Relying on personal and industry resources, be responsible for agent recruitment, market promotion and channel docking of international undergraduate programs, complete recruitment targets, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results between individuals and the company.
职位描述 / Job Responsibilities
依托个人及行业资源，负责国际本科项目的市场推广与生源拓展工作，制定适配项目特点的渠道推广策略并落地执行。
Relying on personal and industry resources, be responsible for the market promotion and student source development of international undergraduate programs, and formulate and implement channel promotion strategies suitable for the project characteristics.
为意向学生及家长提供专业的项目咨询、国际本科相关政策解读、各类疑问解答等服务，建立良好的客户关系，提升客户满意度。
Provide professional project consulting, interpretation of policies related to international undergraduate programs, and answers to various questions for interested students and parents, establish good customer relationships, and improve customer satisfaction.
全流程跟进意向生源，负责生源转化、报名协助、资料审核等相关工作，优化跟进流程，提升生源转化效率。
Follow up with intended students throughout the whole process, be responsible for student conversion, registration assistance, document review and other related work, optimize the follow-up process, and improve the efficiency of student conversion.
整合各类优质资源，包括但不限于初高中、中职院校、教育培训机构、社群等，开展成建制班级输送、规模化渠道合作，拓展生源渠道广度与深度。
Integrate various high-quality resources, including but not limited to junior and senior high schools, secondary vocational colleges, education and training institutions, communities, etc., carry out organized class transportation and large-scale channel cooperation, and expand the breadth and depth of student source channels.
严格遵守国家及地方教育招生相关规范，按照公司统一要求开展市场推广、客户对接等工作，恪守行业职业道德。
Strictly abide by the relevant norms of national and local education enrollment, carry out market promotion, customer docking and other work in accordance with the unified requirements of the company, and abide by professional ethics.

任职要求 / Job Requirements
优先条件：拥有教育行业相关资源，或具备初高中、中职院校、教育培训机构、社群等稳定的生源渠道；有教育招生、渠道代理、国际教育项目相关工作经验者优先。
Preferred Conditions: Those with relevant resources in the education industry, or with stable student source channels such as junior and senior high schools, secondary vocational colleges, education and training institutions, communities, etc.; those with relevant work experience in education enrollment, channel agency, international education projects are preferred.
能力要求：具备市场开发、客户拓展相关工作经验，拥有较强的独立工作能力、沟通表达能力、商务谈判能力及问题解决能力。
Ability Requirements: Have relevant work experience in market development and customer expansion, and have strong independent work ability, communication and expression ability, business negotiation ability and problem-solving ability.
专业要求：了解市场营销相关知识，熟悉线上线下各类推广模式，能够自主制定渠道推广方案，并高效落地执行，达成推广目标。
Professional Requirements: Understand marketing related knowledge, be familiar with various online and offline promotion models, be able to independently formulate channel promotion plans, and efficiently implement them to achieve promotion goals.
