Accounting & Administration Assistant (with International Settlement Focus)
【岗位职责 / Responsibilities】
一、出纳工作 / Accounting Duties
1. 协助经理对接银行,接收各项银行到款进账凭证,办理结汇/售汇、国际收支申报及跨境收付款跟进;
- Assist the manager in liaising with banks, receiving bank credit advices, and handling **forex settlement/purchase, international收支 declaration, and cross-border payment follow-up;
2. 负责国际贸易项下单据的整理、初步审核及交单议付,协助跟进货款收付进度;
- Organize, preliminarily review, and present documents for negotiation, and assist in tracking payment progress;
3. 协助处理TT汇款、托收等国际结算方式的付款申请与到账确认;
- Assist in processing payment applications and receipt confirmations for TT, collection, and other international settlement methods;
4. 按照财务制度及法规,严格审核报销单据、发票等原始凭证,完成员工报销;
- Strictly review reimbursement requests, invoices, and other supporting documents in accordance with financial policies and regulations, and process employee reimbursements;
5. 每日负责盘清库存现金,填报及核对现金、人民币及外币银行日记账;
- Reconcile daily cash on hand, and prepare/verify **cash, RMB, and foreign currency** bank journals;
6. 协助经理对接税务、工商,管理对接记账供应商(含进出口业务相关账务的原始单据传递与核对);
- Assist the manager in liaising with tax and industry/commerce authorities, and manage accounting service providers (**including document delivery and reconciliation for import/export related accounting**);
7. 负责公司发票开具、管理等事项;
- Responsible for issuing and managing company invoices;
8. 完成部门经理交办的其他财务任务。
- Complete other finance tasks assigned by the department manager.
二、行政工作 / Administration Duties
1. 负责日常行政事务,确保公司行政工作有效开展;
- Handle daily administrative affairs to ensure effective office operations;
2. 负责公司日常接待,会议组织与安排,做好会议记录等;
- Responsible for daily reception, meeting organization and arrangements, and preparing meeting minutes;
3. 协助经理对接物业、政府部门,管理公司供应商等;
- Assist the manager in liaising with property management, government authorities, and managing company suppliers;
4. 办公用品、常用物品的统计、入库、领用与盘点,办公设备监督与维护;
- Conduct inventory, storage, distribution, and counting of office supplies and common items, and oversee office equipment maintenance;
5. 负责相关文件的中英文翻译工作(含银行单证、合同条款、信用证等);
- **Perform Chinese-English translation of relevant documents (including bank documents, contract clauses, L/C terms, etc.)**;
6. 负责公司快递的收发工作并做好记录;
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier shipments and maintain records;
7. 负责公司各项文件材料的归类、管理工作;
- Organize and manage all company documents and materials;
8. 负责办公环境的管理及维护;
- Manage and maintain the office environment;
9. 完成公司和经理交办的其他工作。
- Complete other tasks assigned by the company and the manager.
【任职要求 / Requirements】
基本条件 / Basic Qualifications
- 大学本科及以上学历,持有会计资格证书,会计、财务、**国际贸易**、工商管理专业优先;
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with an accounting qualification. Preference for majors in **Accounting, Finance, International Trade, or Business Administration**;
国际结算专项要求 / International Settlement Requirements (Key Focus)
- 熟悉国际贸易结算方式:TT汇款、托收等基本流程,能看懂信用证条款及英文单证;
- Familiar with international trade settlement methods: TT, collection, etc., and be able to read LC terms and English documents;
- 有国际结算实操经验:至少1年以上涉及进出口收付汇、信用证单据处理或国际收支申报的实际工作经历(可接受实习或项目经验);
- Hands-on experience in international settlement**: At least 1 year of practical experience in import/export payments/receipts, LC document processing, or international收支 declaration (internship or project experience acceptable);
- 能独立或协助完成结汇/售汇、国际收支申*等银行端操作;
- Able to independently or assist in completing **forex settlement/purchase, international收支 declaration**, and other bank operations;
通用财务及行政要求 / General Finance & Administration Requirements
- 熟悉国家相关财税法律法规,能熟练使用用友财务软件及各类办公软件;
- Familiar with relevant financial and tax laws and regulations; proficient in Yongyou financial software and various office applications;
- 工作认真细心,具有良好的沟通能力、团队精神与服务意识;
- Meticulous and careful in work, with strong communication skills, team spirit, and service orientation;
- 同时具有财务及行政工作经验者优先;
- Candidates with both finance and administration experience preferred;
语言能力 / Language Proficiency
- 英语作为工作语言:能阅读英文银行水单、信用证、发票、合同条款,能撰写基础英文邮件与境外银行或交易对手沟通;
- English as a working language: Able to read English bank advices, L/C terms, invoices, contract clauses, and compose basic English emails to communicate with overseas banks or counterparties;
