岗位职责/ Job Responsibilities
1、 海外渠道从0到1开拓:负责中东区域海外经销商、连锁商超及终端渠道的从0到1开发,搭建高效优质的海外渠道网络;
2、 大客户拓展与销售落地:制定并执行区域大客户销售计划,主导合同谈判与价格条款确认,统筹区域销售目标达成;根据当地市场特点,协助客户制定终端动销方案;
3、 市场洞察与策略攻坚:持续跟踪中东市场的食品消费趋势、竞品动态及政策变化,结合当地消费习惯反馈产品与包装优化建议,驱动区域业务持续增长。
1、 Channel Development from 0 to 1:Responsible for developing distributors, chain supermarkets, and end-user channels from scratch in the Middle East, building an efficient and high-quality overseas channel network.
2、 Key Account Expansion & Sales Execution:Formulate and execute a regional key account sales plan, lead contract negotiations and pricing terms, and drive the achievement of regional sales targets. Based on local market characteristics, assist clients in developing terminal promotion plans.
3、 Market Insights & Strategic Initiatives:Continuously track food consumption trends, competitor dynamics, and policy changes in the Middle East. Provide feedback on product and packaging optimization suggestions based on local consumer habits, driving sustained business growth in the region.
任职要求/ Job Requirements
1、 工作经验:具备3-5年海外销售或国际贸易经验,其中有食品、快消品或休闲食品行业经验者优先。熟悉中东或市场者优先;
2、 渠道经验:有成功从0到1开拓海外经销商或连锁零售客户经验者优先,能独立完成新客户开发、合同谈判及长期关系维护;
3、 核心能力:熟悉快消品海外渠道运作模式,具备较强的市场开拓能力、商务谈判能力及跨文化沟通能力;
4、 语言能力:英语可作为工作语言,掌握阿拉伯语者优先。
1、 Experience:3–5 years of experience in overseas sales or international trade; experience in the food, FMCG, or snack food industry is preferred. Candidates familiar with the Middle East market are strongly preferred.
2、 Channel Experience: Proven track record of developing overseas distributors or chain retail customers from 0 to 1 is preferred, with the ability to independently complete new client acquisition, contract negotiation, and long-term relationship management.
3、 Core Competencies: Solid understanding of FMCG overseas channel operations, strong market development skills, business negotiation abilities, and cross-cultural communication skills.
4、 Language Skills: English is required as a working language. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
