职位描述
1.负责手术机器人专用手术工具的机械结构设计，包括但不限于：
· 髋臼挫（电动/气动驱动、快换接口、偏心/同心挫磨头）
· 髓腔锉（适应不同假体型号的精准锉削导向）
· 假体打入器/压配器（力控耦合结构、防滑脱设计）
· 螺钉/骨钉导向器（多角度定位、深度限位机构）
· 试模及对线工具（适配机器人导航系统的模块化接口）
· 定位片、打入器、拔出器等等
· 脊柱手术相关工具：丝锥、骨钻、磨钻，导向筒等
2. 依据不同植入物厂商的假体接口标准，设计机器人侧快换适配器，实现工具与机器人末端的高刚性、高重复定位精度连接；
3. 结合置骨科置换手术的准备流程，完成工具的切削/磨削轨迹规划、切屑排屑结构、冷却通道设计，避免骨热坏死；
4. 开展工具在手术载荷下的有限元分析（刚度、疲劳、接触应力），确保与植入物的接触面不产生微动磨损；
5. 设计工具的无菌隔离方案（如密封轴承、可拆卸灭菌部件），支持高温高压或低温等离子灭菌；
6. 与骨科医生合作，进行尸体/仿骨试验，验证工具的挫磨效率、定位精度及假体植入后的初始稳定性；
7. 编写工具的设计开发文档，支持医疗器械注册申报（符合ISO 13485、FDA QSR、NMPA相关要求）。
任职要求：
1.学历专业：机械设计、精密机械、生物医学工程、材料成型等专业，本科及以上学历；
2.工作经验：5年以上手术器械或高精度机械工具设计经验，其中至少3年骨科置换工具（髋臼挫、髓腔锉等）或机器人末端执行器开发经验；
3.专业技能：
· 熟练使用SolidWorks/Creo及ANSYS Workbench；掌握公差分析（GD&T）、尺寸链计算；
· 熟悉医用金属材料（如317L不锈钢、Ti6Al4V）及耐磨涂层（DLC、氮化钛）；
· 了解微型轴承选型、动密封设计（针对骨屑/血液环境）；
· 掌握快速更换工具设计（球锁式、卡口式、磁吸+机械锁止）；
· 有力控型工具（集成力传感器或弹簧缓冲结构）设计经验者优先；
4.加分项：
· 参与手术机器人完整产品开发（如Mako、RIO、Corin等对标系统）；
· 熟悉ISO 7206（人工髋关节）、ISO 21536（膝关节置换器械）等标准；
· 具有植入物-工具界面匹配测试经验，了解假体锥度配合、压配过盈量设计；
5.具备临床风险意识、严谨的验证思维、优秀的跨团队沟通能力（医生/临床/算法/工艺）。
