职位描述
1.研究药物靶点并制定小分子药物设计策略。
2.进行分子动力学（MD）模拟和自由能计算，评估复合物稳定性及结合能。
3.分析蛋白质–配体相互作用，为药物化学优化提供结构依据。
4.利用结构生物学信息指导Hit-to-Lead 和 Lead Optimization阶段的药物优化。
5.利用机器学习模型支持结合位点预测或候选化合物筛选。
【任职要求】
1.结构生物学、生物物理学、计算生物学或相关专业硕士或博士学位。
2.3-5年药物研发项目经验，特别是在靶点验证和先导化合物优化方面。
3.具有蛋白质–配体对接、结构验证和相互作用分析经验。
4.熟练使用分子动力学模拟软件，如 GROMACS、AMBER、NAMD 或 CHARMM。
5.熟悉基于结构的药物设计平台（如 Schrödinger、AutoDock）。
6.具备结构生物学实验技术经验（如 X射线晶体学、冷冻电镜 Cryo-EM 或 NMR）者优先。
7.具备脚本或编程能力（Python、R、Bash），用于数据分析和自动化流程开发。
8.具备一定英语能力者优先。
