职位描述
1.负责手术机器人软件整体开发与维护，基于Qt 框架完成图形界面设计、实现与迭代优化。
2.负责手术机器人软件模块的详细设计、编码实现、单元测试与集成验证，完成个人开发任务。
3.负责系统VTK 3D 图形渲染、高级交互功能开发，保障渲染效果与实时性能。
4.负责优化3D渲染效果与性能，确保在复杂的手术场景下图形与交互的实时性和准确性
5.基于医学图像实现三维重建、分割、配准、表面处理等核心功能，支撑手术路径规划、手术模拟、假体规划等场景。
6.对项目中的技术问题进行分析和解决，确保系统的可靠性与安全性, 完成领导交办的其他临时性工作。
7.与硬件、算法团队紧密协作，完成设备集成、模块联调与功能落地。
8.参与系统需求分析、设计文档撰写与评审工作。
9.定期进行软件的功能升级与优化，维护版本控制和代码质量。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、生物医学工程相关专业，五年以上工作经验；有髋关节置换手术机器人和脊柱手术机器人软件的相关经验者优先。
2.职业素养：工作严谨负责，积极主动，具备良好代码规范、问题定位与解决能力，善于团队协作。
3. 精通 C++，熟练使用 STL、面向对象设计与常用设计模式；精通 Qt 开发，熟悉 VTK 医学影像可视化、三维渲染；熟悉医学图像基本原理和结构，可熟练操作至少一种医学图像工具；具备医学图像三维重建、分割、配准等软件开发经验；扎实的计算机图形学、三维可视化技术基础，熟练使用 VTK、MITK；熟悉敏捷开发流程，能独立完成需求分析、任务拆解与开发交付。
4.其他特质： 良好的面向对象分析与设计经验，较强的软件质量意识；具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，能清晰表达技术方案与接口定义。
