工具校准检验员（见习储备岗）

【岗位职责】
1. Calibration Inspector is responsible to make and adjust calibration plan per company Operation.
准检验员需按照公司运行情况制定并调整校验计划
2. Calibration Inspector is responsible for performing inspections calibrated tools across the Repair Station to ensure compliance to Regulatory and organizational requirements.
校准检验员负责对整个维修站校准的工具进行检查，以确保符合法规和组织要求。
3. Manage calibrated equipment inventory, including provide comments for supplier selection if calibrated metrology laboratories to ensure calibration occurs when scheduled and as planned.
管理校准过的设备库存，包括经校准的计量实验室的供应商评价，以确保校准按计划进行。
4. Perform physical inspections utilizing and researching established guidelines and technical documentation to determine serviceability of Repair Station calibration equipment. Inspections may require access to low or high locations and/or use of human lifts and inspection equipment in indoor or outdoor locations to facilitate inspections.
利用和研究现有的操作规程和技术文件进行物理检查，以确定维修站校验设备的可用性。检查过程中可能要求进入低或高的位置和/或在室内或室外使用人工升降机和检验设备，以方便检查。
5.Support Quarantine parts/material/tool segregation activities.
支持零部件/物料/工具的隔离。
【任职要求】
1. 本科及以上学历，2025/26/27届毕业生，飞机维修相关专业；
2. 持有有效的ME-TA维修执照；
3. 英语CET4或技术英语3级及以上优先，英语听说读写能力良好；
4. 能接受轮班工作，可接受实习8-12个月。
【薪酬福利】
各阶段薪酬：
初期熟悉阶段（4个月）：见习津贴3500元
快速成长阶段：见习津贴= 65%岗位工资
转正后：正式岗位工资
